Dear customer, thank you for your trust placed in us. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions and personal or western causes, we have had to review our policy conditions. Please read carefully.
Prices are indicative only and subject to change during the season. Actual prices will be confirmed at the time of the booking. Prices include transportation, guide and tax when not otherwise specified. Entrance fees and additional extras are not included-extra transfer cost may apply on certain excursions. The cost does not include all that is not mentioned in the price included.
RESPONSIBILITY
Tours ,services and transfers are covered by third-part insurance for the risks, the indemnity and the guarantee requested. Vale tours & tickets does not assume responsibility for loss damage of any personal belongings. Departure time and duration are approximate, itineraries are weather permitting and subject to changes.
CANCELLATION
Full refund will be provided for cancellations made before 72 hours of the scheduled departure of the service/excursion/transfers. refund of 50% of the total amount if cancellation occurs 48 hours before departure of the service/ excursion/transfer. No refund, either total or partial, will be given for cancellation made within 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the service / excursion / transfers. No refund will be given in case of no show or once a tour has commenced.
