Neapolitan cuisine has its historical roots in the Greco-Roman period. It was then progressively enriched over the following centuries, through the courtly influence of the different dynasties that followed one another to govern the city and the surrounding territory. Neapolitan cuisine is a very popular cuisine closely linked to local ingredients. Over the centuries it also developed into more elaborate dishes. Departing from the meeting point with a minivan you arrive on the hills of Sorrento where you will have a sweet welcome and start the lesson. You will begin the experience with a tasting of our mozzarella and olive oil.

You will prepare fresh pasta with your hands, following our traditional recipe.

You will spend a nice day in company, cooking excellent typical dishes using local products.

The best part is the moment you taste everything you cooked. The lesson ends beautifully and sweetly while you taste the tiramisu.

 At the end of the lesson you will return to the meeting point.
